Nigerian businessman and cryptocurrency entrepreneur Blord has stirred reactions online after making a series of bold claims about his wealth, business empire and influence in Nigeria’s cryptocurrency industry.
Speaking during a recent interview, Blord claimed he was among the first Nigerians to own a Lamborghini, adding that he controls a significant portion of the country’s crypto market.
According to him, he owns 20 percent of Nigeria’s cryptocurrency market and processes transactions worth as much as $10 million in a single month, amounting to approximately $120 million annually.
“I’m among the first people to own a Lamborghini in Nigeria. I own 20% of the crypto market in Nigeria. I transact up to $10 million in cryptocurrency in a single month, and about $120 million in a year.”
The businessman further declared that although many people already consider him wealthy, they are yet to see the full extent of his financial success.
He also claimed that no Igbo billionaire in Nigeria is currently richer than him, while valuing the Blord Group at $180 million.
“People think I’m rich now, but before the end of this year, I’ll show people what money is really about. I can confidently tell you that, right now in Nigeria, there’s no single Igbo billionaire richer than me. The Blord Group is worth $180 million.”
His remarks have since sparked conversations across social media, with supporters applauding his confidence and achievements, while others questioned the accuracy of the claims and criticized what they described as excessive boasting.
