Famakin shared his experience while commenting on the challenges investors may face in the Nigerian equities market. According to him, the market can either bring rewarding returns or leave investors counting their losses, depending on how their investments perform.

Reflecting on one of his previous investments, Famakin disclosed that he committed about ₦2 million to shares in Tantalizers, a decision he described as one of his worst stock investments.

He said:

“₦2 million naira gone after investing in Nigeria stocks. Investing in Nigeria stocks is either the best or worst thing that would happen to you cause everywhere is just red. Last time I invested in stocks I invested around ₦2 million in tantalizer and it is one of the worst stock I have invested in.”
