Concerns are mounting over a sudden halt in the uploading of results on the INEC Result Viewing Portal, IREV, in the ongoing Osun State governorship election.
Checks by NAIJAONPOINT on Saturday night showed that the last result was uploaded to the portal at 8:48 p.m.
Since then, no new result has appeared on IREV for over 50 minutes, raising anxiety among stakeholders monitoring the process remotely.
The IREV portal is a key transparency tool introduced by INEC to allow real-time viewing of polling unit results by the public.
The delay comes at a critical stage when collation is ongoing across the 30 Local Government Areas of the state.
