Businesswoman Ehi Ogbebor has opened up about her past relationship with MC Oluomo, describing him as a calm, kind and generous man who taught her the importance of meaningful generosity.
Speaking on the Nevon Podcast, Ehi recalled how the former Lagos transport union leader would give substantial amounts of money to people around him, including security guards and street workers.
“He is calm, he is kind. MC Oluomo is the one that taught me that if you want to dash a gate man money, don’t dash him 10k, 5k, give something that would mean something to that person.”
She further claimed that MC Oluomo would give street boys ₦200,000 each and gate men ₦100,000, saying his generosity was not only about money but also about showing care.
“He will dash area boys 200k each, gate man 100k. It is not just about the Money, it’s about the care. When I was dating him, he will use a hilux to bring provision to my house and even k+ll goat and snails.”
Addressing criticism over her decision to date him despite his marital status, Ehi acknowledged that MC Oluomo was married but said she did not consider the relationship something she needed to hide.
“So people kept saying but he is married. Yes he is married but he is a Muslim so he is entitled to more wives. So I won’t tame it that I dated a married man.”
Her comments have sparked mixed reactions online, with some people questioning the relationship while others focused on her account of MC Oluomo’s generosity.
