“I Gave Them ₦500k Each To Start Their Lives”- VeryDarkMan Shares Update On Mothers Rescued From Trafficking

• VeryDarkMan, a Nigerian activist, provided an update on two mothers and their infants rescued from trafficking.
• The mothers and babies were taken in by his NGO after their rescue.
• They were accommodated in a hotel for four days for their welfare.

Nigerian activist and social commentator VeryDarkMan has shared an update on the welfare of two mothers rescued alongside their infants from an alleged trafficking situation.

According to VeryDarkMan, the rescued mothers and their babies were handed over to his NGO after the intervention. He revealed that he accommodated the women in a hotel for four days before arranging for them to return to their respective homes.

He explained that one of the mothers was transported to Benue State, while the other was taken to Enugu State.

Beyond covering their transportation expenses, VeryDarkMan also provided each of the women with ₦500,000 to help them rebuild their lives and become financially stable.

He said:

“The infant children that we rescued from traff!ck!ng have been handed over to our NGO and the mothers, I kept them in the hotel for 4days and today I decided to send them back to their homes, one to BENUE and the other one to ENUGU. I also gave them 500k each to start up their lives and we took care of the transportation.”
