The comedian opened up about the painful experience in a tearful video shared on Monday, August 3, 2026. Speaking directly to the camera, Okeke appeared deeply hurt as he struggled to hold back his emotions while recounting what he described as a devastating betrayal.
Okeke explained that he usually prefers to keep matters concerning his personal life away from social media. However, he said the situation had become too painful for him to remain silent.
According to him, he played a major role in supporting his fiancée’s education, revealing that he financed her university studies from 200 level until her final year.
His support, he claimed, extended beyond her education. The comedian said he also established a shop for her and went as far as building a house for her parents, despite the fact that they had not yet officially gotten married.
Reflecting on the sacrifices he made for the relationship, Okeke expressed regret over how much he had invested emotionally and financially.
“I invested my life, my money on this girl,” he said. “How stupid I was. Because I believed.”
