Mama Pee has responded to the controversy surrounding a viral video in which she was allegedly heard making comments perceived by some as blasphemous against Jesus Christ.
Reacting to the backlash this morning, Mama Pee denied ever blaspheming against Jesus, insisting that the video currently circulating online had been edited to portray her in a negative light.
According to her, she has been forced to reconsider her involvement in the 2027 election because of the extent to which some people have allegedly gone in an attempt to damage her reputation.
She explained that the situation had made her question what else her critics might do in the future.
Despite her decision to pull back from the 2027 election, Mama Pee made it clear that her support for Peter Obi remains unwavering.
She maintained that she would continue to stand with the former Anambra State governor and would not be intimidated into abandoning her political position.
In her words:
“I never blasphemed against Jesus. What they are sharing is an edited video. I have finally decided to pull back from the 2027 election because if people can go this far to destrøy you, I wonder what they would do next…..
“However, I can’t stop standing with Peter Obi. I can never give up. God p√nish you all, prop@gand!sts, no backing down. Peter Obi or nothing.”
Her statement has since generated reactions online, with many social media users weighing in on the controversy surrounding the viral clip and her decision to remain firmly behind Peter Obi.
