I Paid For His Flight, Hotel, Visa And Brought Him To The UK, He Broke Up With Me Four Months After — Lady Reveals  

A young Nigerian lady has sparked conversations online after sharing her painful experience involving her boyfriend, whom she claims she financially supported in relocating to the United Kingdom, only for the relationship to end shortly after his arrival.

In a social media post, the lady revealed that she took responsibility for several expenses associated with her boyfriend’s move, including his visa and part of his flight ticket.

According to her, after he arrived in the UK, she also used her own money to arrange accommodation for him, first placing him in a hotel to allow him to self-isolate before securing a rented apartment for him.

“Yes, I brought him to the UK. I paid for his visa to come to the UK. I paid part of his ticket to come to the UK, and when he arrived in the UK, I put him in a hotel so that he could self-isolate,” she said.

She added that she supported him financially because they were in a committed relationship and were preparing for marriage.

However, she claimed that just four months after his arrival in the UK, and only a few weeks before their planned wedding, the man ended the relationship.

Her revelation has generated mixed reactions online, with some social media users sympathising with her while others have urged people to be cautious when making major financial sacrifices in relationships.
