“People Are Wicked”- Peller Recalls EFCC Invitation After His Wedding

  • Content creator Peller discussed an unexpected incident following his wedding to TikToker Jarvis.
  • He revealed that he was reported to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
  • The report was related to money sprayed during the wedding ceremony.

Content creator Peller has opened up about an unexpected experience he faced after his wedding to TikToker Jarvis, claiming that someone reported him to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over money sprayed during the ceremony.

Peller shared the story in a video posted online while responding to a discussion about people who allegedly take pleasure in reporting wealthy individuals for suspected financial misconduct.

According to the content creator, his wedding celebration attracted the attention of someone who reportedly contacted the EFCC after guests sprayed and threw money on the floor during the event.

“That time I did wedding, that was how one idiot tagged EFCC that they should investigate me that people threw money on the floor during the event,” he said.

Peller said the report eventually led to an invitation from the EFCC, prompting him to appear before the agency to explain the circumstances surrounding the money sprayed at his wedding.

He explained that he believed his repeated efforts to discourage guests from throwing money on the ground played a major role in helping him during the investigation.

Peller also commended the EFCC officials for the way they handled the situation, describing them as reasonable and sensible.

“If not that EFCC people are wise, they are good people, and they also have sense. They called, and sent me invite and I went. They said what saved me was because they saw the way I was cautioning everybody not to throw money on the ground,” he added.

Reflecting on the incident, Peller questioned why some individuals would spend their time trying to create problems for others rather than concentrating on their own personal growth and financial success.

His remarks have since generated reactions online, with some social media users discussing the wider issue of people being reported or criticised because of their wealth and lifestyle.

Peller encouraged people to focus on building their own finances instead of attempting to pull down others who are enjoying the rewards of their hard work.
