40-Year-Old Teacher Commits Suicide Under A tree

A 40-year-old teacher, identified as Mr. Kwame Oduro, has died in a suspected suicide incident at Ampabame No. 1 in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of the Ashanti Region.
Mr. Oduro, who was a teacher at the community’s primary school, reportedly left his residence at dawn while his wife was at home but failed to return after stepping out.
His wife, who became worried about his absence, is said to have gone in search of him. She later found him in a tragic condition, leaving her and residents of the community devastated.
The news of his death has reportedly sent shockwaves through Ampabame No. 1, with colleagues and community members mourning the loss of a teacher described as a contributor to the education of children in the area.
His body has since been deposited at the morgue for preservation and autopsy, while the Ghana Police Service has commenced investigations into the circumstances surrounding his death.
As the community awaits further details from the police, residents and loved ones are struggling to come to terms with the sudden loss of the teacher.
