Nigerian content creator Carter Efe has sparked reactions online after taking a swipe at TikTok streamer Peller over the ₦400 million Abuja mansion gifted to him by real estate mogul King Ochacho.
Carter Efe questioned Peller’s decision to celebrate the opening of the property despite the building still being under construction.
In livestream clips making the rounds on social media, the skitmaker mocked the state of the mansion, describing it as an unfinished property with bamboo still visible around the building.
He also linked Peller’s frequent promotion of King Ochacho’s teenage son, Ice King, to the mansion gift and suggested that the property could take several years to be completed.
In one of the clips, Carter Efe said:
“If to say Peller know say na uncompleted building Ochacho wan give am, e for no go carry Iceking for head like that.”
In another clip, he added:
“Na today I see say dem dey carry ribbon go open uncompleted building. You no fit see person give another person completed house. Wetin you go see na 400 million uncompleted house wey bamboo still full.”
Peller, however, appeared unimpressed by Carter Efe’s comments and responded by hitting back at the content creator.
In his response, Peller called Carter Efe a “stupid boy” and accused him of making comments without thinking.
He further claimed that Carter Efe is older than he publicly presents himself and recalled that he had previously tried to extend a friendship to him, which Carter allegedly rejected.
Peller also dismissed Carter Efe’s remarks about the mansion, telling him to “get out, go front” and insisting that he should “meet his mates.”
The exchange between the two content creators has since generated reactions online, with social media users weighing in on their back-and-forth over Peller’s ₦400 million mansion.
