A Nigerian man has taken to social media to lament after reportedly spending hours stranded in traffic along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The man, whose identity was not immediately disclosed, shared his frustration over the situation, warning other motorists to avoid the expressway due to the severe traffic congestion.

According to him, the road was completely blocked, leaving him stranded for an extended period without being able to continue his journey.

Expressing his frustration over the situation, he said:

“Don’t travel through Lagos-Ibadan express way. Everywhere is blocked. I have been here since 11 am yesterday and till now I’m still stranded at Lagos-Ibadan express. This is not life we’re living in Nigeria.”

His complaint has sparked reactions online, with the situation highlighting the difficulties motorists can face when heavy traffic builds up on the busy Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
