A young farmer in Nembe Local Government Area of Bayelsa State has reportedly gotten the shock of his life after discovering a huge python inside his poultry farm in the middle of the night.
According to reports, the farmer woke up late at night to check on his birds, unaware that an unexpected visitor had found its way into the poultry house.
Upon entering the facility, he reportedly spotted the massive python inside, prompting him to raise an alarm and call for help.
The sight of the large snake reportedly left the farmer frightened as he watched it inside the poultry area.
The farmer, however, did not state emphatically whether the python had attacked or killed any of the birds before it was discovered, or how it gained access to the farm.
Residents and other farmers in the area have reportedly been sharing the incident online, with many expressing shock at the size of the snake and the farmer’s frightening encounter.
