The actress addressed the situation in an emotional video shared on social media after some followers began questioning her absence from the platform and asking why she had stopped uploading movies.
Responding to the concerns, Toriola explained that her YouTube page has been affected by technical problems, which have made it difficult for her to continue with her usual content.
According to the actress, she has remained strong and initially hoped she would be able to resolve the issue privately without involving the public.
Toriola also spoke about the amount of time and effort she invested in building her YouTube channel. She stressed that she would not attribute the situation to blackmail or online trolls, noting that the issue has been particularly difficult because of how much she has worked to establish the platform.
The actress admitted that she has shed tears privately over the situation but had made a personal decision not to break down publicly.

“I don’t know how to start. I have done a couple of videos, but I ended up deleting them. Some of you are asking if it’s because I am on holiday. I haven’t uploaded to Wumi Toriola TV because of the fanbase, relationship, and bond I built with them. Unfortunately, we can’t post because we are having technical issues. I have been strong for the longest, and I’ve been trying to keep this together, thinking I could resolve it myself; I am not going to cry. The same channel we built together with love is undergoing serious technical issues. I am not going to blame anybody; I am not going to blackmail anyone. I won’t say someone reported my page or make excuses; I will say we are having technical issues.
Y’all know how hard I built that channel. I have cried in private, and I promise not to cry in public. I am not going to cry; it’s taking a toll on me, but I decided to share it with y’all”.
