A Nigerian lady identified as Dimma Abigail has sparked reactions online after revealing her struggle to adjust to Catholic Church worship after marrying into a Catholic family.

Dimma, who described herself as a pastor’s daughter raised in a Pentecostal church, said she has found it difficult to understand Catholic services despite trying to adapt.

She wrote, “I’m a pastor’s daughter, born and brought up in a Pentecostal church and married into a Catholic family.”

“Since I started attending Catholic Church, I don’t understand what they’re doing there. I’ve tried my best to understand, but it’s not working out.”

The lady said she was previously committed to attending church every Sunday but revealed that she has only attended three services this year.

She stated, “I’m the type of person who must go to church every Sunday, but see me now, I’ve only been to church three times this year.”

According to her, two of the services were at an Anglican Church, where she said she understood everything.

“I attended an Anglican Church twice and understood everything, but you see Catholic Church is a no for me,” she said.

She later revealed that she attended a Catholic service again but remained confused.

“I attended Catholic Church today but I don’t understand anything. I’m tired. Una sure say I will learn anything there,” she wrote.
