Lady Mistakenly Transfers ₦450,000 Instead of ₦4,500 InDrive Fare, Appeals for Refund

A Nigerian woman has appealed for help after she allegedly mistakenly transferred ₦450,000 to an InDrive driver instead of the ₦4,500 fare for her ride.

According to the woman, she realised the error shortly after completing the transfer and immediately contacted the driver to request a refund.

She claimed that despite making several attempts to recover the money, the driver allegedly refused to return it and reportedly gave different explanations.

The woman further alleged that the driver told her the bank account into which she transferred the money had been opened by another person.

She has since appealed to the public for assistance in recovering the ₦450,000.
