Crisis in Malami led African democratic Congress ADC in Kebbi state is far from over as another valid reps candidate under Gwandu federal constituency has sued one Muhammed Umar Jega and Mansur Musa Jega at the federal high court in Birnin Kebbi.
According to Abubakar Labbo Gwandu the valid reps candidate the legal party primaries earlier conducted was won by him only to be replaced by Muhammad Umar Jega and later same seat was retrieved from Umar to Mansur Dan Jamie,a Jega.

He alleged that two fake candidates bribed one wambai with a huge cash inducements to facilitate his replacement as the valid candidate.
” I won the primaries but was later replaced with Umar Jega and he was also replaced with Mansur Musa Jega after allegedly giving huge graft to wambai who facilitated my replacement after I was declared by INEC as the winner of the primaries”.
He explained that giving the injustice meted out to him he approached the federal high court to reclaim his candidature therefore joined INEC, Muhammad Umar Jega and Mansur Musa Jega in the suit which had first hearing before the court went on vacation.
Labbo further said that he was not consulted before the illegal replacement and he has never giving his consent to such illegal replacement saying they did the replacement after allegedly collecting cash graft.
