Zenith Bank Plc is set to host the sixth edition of its flagship technology event, **Zenith Bank Tech Fair 2026: Future Forward 6.0**, on Thursday, November 5, 2026, with a focus on artificial intelligence and the future of business.
The event, themed **“AI: Embrace or Extinct,”** will bring together technology professionals, entrepreneurs, startups and young innovators to explore emerging technologies and examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping businesses and the digital economy.
For the first time since its inception, the Tech Fair will be held virtually, opening participation to a wider audience across Nigeria and beyond.
According to the bank, the annual event has evolved into a platform for connecting ideas, talent and opportunities, providing participants with opportunities to showcase innovations, exchange knowledge and explore solutions to real-world challenges.
Conceived by Zenith Bank’s Founder, Jim Ovia, CFR, the initiative reflects his vision of empowering young Nigerians through technology and nurturing innovators capable of developing solutions with global relevance.

Previous editions have produced startups and technology solutions addressing challenges across different sectors. Among the past winners are JumpnPass, which developed a self-checkout solution for retail, and CreditChek, which leverages artificial intelligence and open banking to streamline credit verification.
At the 2025 edition, TrustLoop won the hackathon with its digital identity verification solution, while Cubbes Technologies emerged winner of the startup pitch competition with an artificial intelligence-powered educational technology platform.
Through prize funding and mentorship, the Tech Fair has continued to support promising innovators in developing and scaling practical technology solutions.
This year’s theme examines the growing influence of artificial intelligence and challenges individuals and organisations to consider how best to adapt to its expanding role in the workplace, business operations and everyday life.
