The Executive Chairman of Riyom Local Government Council, Hon. Sati Bature Shuwa, has congratulated Caleb Mutfwang on his third anniversary in office, praising the administration’s development efforts and governance reforms across Plateau State.
In a statement issued on behalf of the council administration, legislative arm, traditional council and residents of Riyom Local Government Area, Shuwa described the governor’s three years in office as impactful and focused on improving the welfare of citizens.

According to Shuwa, the completion of abandoned projects and the execution of new infrastructure projects across the state demonstrate the administration’s commitment to development and grassroots governance. “Your administration has rekindled hope, strengthened governance, promoted peace and accelerated grassroots development across Plateau State,” he stated.
The council chairman also described Mutfwang’s emergence as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the party primaries as a reflection of public confidence in his leadership.
