Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam (PKK) Federal Constituency in Plateau State, has received his Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) nomination form at the party’s national headquarters in Abuja.

Gagdi, who emerged as the APC candidate following the party’s primary election, received the nomination form alongside other APC candidates from across the country, including those from Plateau State. Speaking after the presentation, Gagdi thanked party members, stakeholders, and residents of the PKK Federal Constituency for their support during the primary election.

“By the will of Allah, justice prevailed, and your collective decision has once again entrusted me with the responsibility of flying the flag of our great party,” he said. He also commended the APC leadership, particularly National Chairman Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, for conducting what he described as a transparent, peaceful, and credible primary election.

Gagdi said receiving the INEC nomination form reaffirmed the mandate given to him by party members and pledged to continue providing quality representation and promoting the development of the constituency if re-elected. The lawmaker, who chairs the House Committee on the Nigerian Navy, was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2019 and secured a second term in 2023.
