The school was founded by Dr. Victor Makanjuola Ayeye, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Doctor of Business Administration graduate of the University of Birmingham and recipient of more than 25 national and international awards, alongside his wife and co-founder, Pastor (Mrs.) Olubunmi Damilola Ayeye, who serves as the school’s Proprietress.

Over the years, King’s Care Universal School has developed a reputation for delivering quality education across its Early Years, Primary and College divisions. The institution adopts a learner-centred approach that combines structured teaching, critical thinking, digital literacy and leadership development while preparing students for national and international examinations, including WAEC, NECO and Cambridge assessments.
