The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Abuja Region, wishes to inform the public about a scheduled maintenance at the Apo 132kV Transmission Substation on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
The planned maintenance is to enable TCN’s maintenance crew carry out maintenance on Apo–Karu–Keffi–Akwanga 132kV Transmission line bay and its associated switchgears.
Consequently, Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) will be unable to off-take bulk power supply from Karu, Keffi and Akwanga Transmission Substations for distribution to customers fed through these substations during the maintenance period.
TCN apologises for any inconvenience this will cause electricity customers in the affected areas.
