Zuma Agric Radio has commended Bridgeforte for its leadership in advancing dialogue on trust, governance and platform-led digital finance through the launch of its Trust Architecture in Platform-Led Finance Policy Framework, an initiative founded by Aishah Ahmad, former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The organisation noted that the initiative comes at a critical time as digital financial services continue to transform access to agricultural finance, credit, savings, insurance and value chain financing for millions of smallholder farmers across Africa.
Zuma Agric Radio stated that strengthening trust, governance and accountability within digital financial ecosystems is essential to deepening financial inclusion, improving rural livelihoods and accelerating sustainable agricultural transformation.
Commenting on the initiative, the Chief Executive Officer of Zuma Agric Radio, Shuaibu Kere Ahmed, said: “Agricultural transformation cannot be achieved without expanding access to trusted and inclusive financial services for farmers.
“As digital platforms continue to reshape agricultural finance, strengthening governance, transparency and public trust is more important than ever.

Zuma Agric Radio further applauded Bridgeforte for bringing together policymakers, regulators, financial institutions, development partners and industry leaders to examine emerging opportunities and governance challenges in platform-led finance.
The organisation noted that such multi-stakeholder engagement is essential for building resilient and inclusive digital financial ecosystems capable of supporting agricultural growth and economic development.
The organisation also recognised the distinguished speakers and panelists for their valuable contributions to the dialogue, particularly Aishah Ahmad, founder of the initiative and former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, alongside other policymakers, regulators, financial sector leaders, development partners and industry experts whose perspectives enriched discussions on trust, governance and financial inclusion.
