Nigerian content creator and comedian Brain Jotter has raised concerns on social media after allegedly being harassed by Lagos touts, popularly known as agberos, while driving on a Lagos road.
The skit maker shared his experience with his followers through a post on his Instagram page, expressing frustration over what he described as an unpleasant encounter with a group of men who reportedly stopped him and demanded money before allowing him to pass.
In a video accompanying his post, Brain Jotter could be seen inside his vehicle as several men surrounded the car. The incident appeared to have taken place on a busy Lagos road, with the men preventing him from proceeding.
According to the content creator, the men demanded a settlement from him before he could be allowed to continue his journey.
One of the men in the video could be heard boasting, “I be lion,” apparently attempting to assert his authority during the confrontation.
The incident visibly frustrated Brain Jotter, who subsequently took to Instagram to express his displeasure over the encounter.
Reacting sarcastically to the man’s claim, the comedian wrote: “Lion no dey use eyes see goat. Nigerian zoo keepers are the worst. We lack good wildlife, and they let a lion escape from their zoo. This is sad.”
