Cardi B’s Rear View In String Bikini Sparks Mixed Reactions

Cardi B has been everywhere on social media this summer. Recently, she released her new single, “AH HA,” sparking conversation not only about the music, but also about her figure after fans claimed a teaser video showed she had reduced her BBL.
Now, another promotional clip has gone viral, fueling fresh debate over her bold look and styling.
The full video, posted across Cardi B’s social media accounts, showed the rapper in a salon setting where she debuted a pink pixie cut with yellow streaks. She wore a yellow bikini featuring a revealing triangle top and string bottoms layered beneath fitted yellow shorts.
At several points in the video, however, she removed the shorts, leaving only the teeny bikini bottoms on display. The rapper styled the look with towering platform heels, long light blue stiletto nails, multiple layered necklaces, stacked bracelets, and a belly button ring.
As soon as the video hit the internet, fan accounts got to work, clipping different moments and reposting across platforms.
Her Provocative Pose Captivates Viewers
One widely shared clip opened with Cardi B kneeling on a black salon chair, her back to the camera. She leaned forward onto the top of the chair in an arched position that emphasized her full, tattooed backside and the way the bikini bottoms dug into and framed her curves.
With the chair rotating to flaunt every angle, she turned towards the camera still on the chair, smiling widely, while biting one long nail flirtatiously. The clip then cut to Cardi B standing beside the chair and dancing seductively as she sang along to her new single “AH HA.”
The Video Sparks Massive Buzz
The fan account that reposted the clip captioned it “Cardi is so fine,” and the comments went in multiple directions from there.
One user, challenging the praise, asked, “Why are you guys lying unprovoked?” Another person added, “There ain’t nothing fine about her, nothing real about her, and she’s an embarrassment to her children.”
Supporters, meanwhile, were gushing over the video. “She looks good. She looks happy. I’m happy that she’s happy,” one admirer wrote. Another added that beyond the aesthetics, she’s “smart as hell.”
Her Short Hairstyle Ignites Transgender Talk
Cardi B’s pink pixie cut in the sultry clip gave critics a separate entry point. On X, one person quoted a fan repost with the caption, “Her transgender era is back,” prompting a wave of reactions.
A few users commented that she was “serving Thailand ladyboy,” another claimed “it’s giving Mexican uncle,” while a third wrote, “like the pixie cut needs to go.” Although a few fans attempted to clap back, the critics were louder in that thread.
Cardi B Has The Baddies Dancing To ‘AH HA’
Cardi B released “AH HA” on July 31, and the single reportedly debuted at No. 94 on the U.S. Spotify chart with roughly 412,000 streams. The track is also gaining momentum on social media, with fans recreating looks inspired by the song’s cover art and sharing dance clips with the audio.
While critics continue to debate both the song and Cardi B’s styling choices, the single appears to be building traction as its first full week builds.
