In September 2025, the rising singer took to Instagram to share official photos from her debut album, telling fans: “The first single ‘Lola’ of my DEBUT EP ‘Sorry, it’s all about me’ will be yours October 17th.” Lola, who is followed by over 300,000, rocked girly pastel white and pink shades, posing on a studio floor with her legs somewhat open. The 25-year-old, who has since released Sorry, it’s all about me, showed off her legs and curvy physique to the delight of some fans, but others appeared outraged by both her positioning and her outfit choice. One hater even bitterly told Lola to “close” her “legs.”

Lola also rocked a strappy white cami top, going braless as she highlighted her curves. Sporting her hair down, she showed off her gorgeous features, completing her look with glowy makeup and a pale blue manicure.
“I cannot wait you all to hear this project – it’s so special to me,” she continued in her caption. The post has now topped 4,000 likes, also earning a like from talk show host mom Kelly. Fans seemed divided. “If you’ve got it, flaunt it!” one said. “You are so pretty and talented!” another wrote. Others weren’t so keen.

A third said: “Modesty is overrated,” with a harsh comment reading: “Close your legs!”
Elsewhere, Kelly Ripa’s daughter was asked “what” she was “wearing,” with another user remarking: “As a mom of a 20 yr old daughter i would definitely telling her put shorts or pants on.” Lola does not appear to have responded to the backlash. This also wouldn’t be the first time her social media fans have given her a hard time.
