LeBron James’ Wife Savannah Recalls Alleged Hermès Snub in Italy After Shopping Appointment

Savannah James, wife of NBA superstar LeBron James, has opened up about an alleged unpleasant experience at a Hermès store in Italy, where she says she was initially refused service despite having a shopping appointment.

Savannah discussed the incident during Friday’s episode of Danielle Robay’s Question Everything podcast alongside her friend and podcast co-host, April McDaniel.

McDaniel recounted how she and Savannah had arranged appointments at luxury boutiques while travelling through Europe. According to McDaniel, their experience at the Italian Hermès store quickly turned sour, with the pair claiming they were treated poorly and eventually left.

Savannah confirmed that they had an appointment and suggested the situation became particularly frustrating when staff appeared unwilling to accommodate them.

McDaniel further alleged that the saleswoman involved was later fired following the incident.

The situation was eventually resolved, with the friends claiming they were invited into a private room where champagne, caviar and a selection of luxury items were presented to them.

“They brought out everything,” Savannah said during the conversation.

The pair also described a separate encounter at a Chanel store in France. According to them, a sales associate repeatedly told Savannah not to touch a miniature bag, even though the item was available for customers to handle.

Despite the experiences, McDaniel said such encounters had not discouraged her from shopping at luxury fashion houses, insisting that they did not ruin the overall experience for her.
