A young lady has been apprehended at a gold-buying shop in Wassa Akropong after she was allegedly caught attempting to sell fake gold valued at more than GH¢100,000.

A video capturing the incident shows the young lady pleading for mercy after being confronted by the shop owner, who appeared firm and unmoved despite her attempts to explain herself.

Throughout the exchange, the shop owner maintained his stance, refusing to be persuaded by her pleas or explanations.
