A white married woman has taken to social media to complain about persistent network difficulties she says have been affecting communication between her and her husband.

In a self-recorded video, the woman directly called out MTN over what she described as frustrating call connection problems, claiming her husband sometimes has to try several times before he can successfully reach her.

“MTN, I need to know why you’re trying to spoil my marriage. Tell me why it takes 12 tries for my husband to get through to me, and every time he complains about the network,” she said.

According to the woman, the problem has persisted for more than two months, leaving her frustrated whenever her husband tries to call her.

She humorously suggested that the repeated difficulty in getting through to her could cause problems in her marriage, particularly because her husband has reportedly complained about the network whenever he experiences the failed calls.

The woman’s dramatic appeal to the telecommunications company has caught the attention of social media users, with the video generating humorous reactions from viewers.
