Remi Tinubu said she and the president watched the fire incident on television before he ordered the financial intervention for the affected business owners.

“President Bola Tinubu and I watched the fire incident at the Calabar SPAR Shopping Mall on TV, and he has directed that N25 million be given to each of the 18 business owners who lost their goods and property in the tragic incident.”

The intervention means a total of N450 million will be allocated to the 18 affected business owners.
