Royal Biography Reveals Ironic Link Between Prince William’s Favorite Show And The Sussexes’ Feud

Looks like Prince William is on the path to becoming an expert in betrayal management!
The Prince of Wales’s favorite show, meant for light-hearted entertainment, may hit surprisingly close to home thanks to themes of broken trust and secret alliances as the feud with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle continues.
Prince William and Prince Harry’s tense dynamic has kept making headlines since the latter’s return to the United Kingdom, as the brothers have reportedly stopped communicating for years.
Royal biographer Hardman, in his latest book “Elizabeth II: In Private. In Public. Her Story,” spotlighted the stark difference between the life of William and his father, King Charles, the direct heirs of the late monarch.
According to him, William moves without his father’s traditional, rigid mindset, adding that while the king prefers to sit and write letters late into the night, William is more upbeat about unwinding. “Prince William’s idea of a fun evening, says one of his team, is to ‘sit down with the Princess in front of The Traitors,” Hardman declared.
“Traitors” has become one of the most-watched British game shows since it premiered in 2022. It features two secretive groups of “Traitors” and “Faithful” striving to eliminate each other in the social deduction game.
In a previous interview shared by PEOPLE, William said he plans to create a monarchy that leaves behind some of the uncomfortable practices he endured while growing up alongside Harry.
The Father-Of-Three Reportedly Has No Interest In Faking Peace With His Brother
5Six years after Harry and Meghan left the United Kingdom, they are right back where it started, but not without losing integral parts of their unit, especially the relationship between Harry and William.
The Blast noted that, in a report by Closer, the future king has remained angry over their estrangement and has struggled to understand why there is so much attention on them now that they are back.
William is reportedly not interested in pretending things are great between them and, most importantly, does not want a repeat of the awkward 2022 walkabout after their grandmother died.
It has been four years since that poignant event, and William believes that his relationship with Harry has deteriorated so severely that their former brotherly bond is unlikely.
According to the report, William would reportedly prefer to spend Christmas by himself rather than sit through an uncomfortable gathering with Harry and Meghan.
Instead of participating in what he allegedly considers a false display of family unity, the future king may avoid any event attended by the Sussexes. The insider described William’s position as an ultimatum, claiming he expects the royal family to choose between him and Harry.

Prince William Faces Christmas Dilemma As King Charles Embraces The Sussexes
5Despite his firm resolve not to give Harry a soft landing, he is reportedly rethinking breaking the family’s Christmas tradition because of his father’s declining health.
Sources said William initially planned his possible absence to spare the family an extremely uncomfortable gathering, rather than force them to choose between the brothers.
As for Charles, he seemed more open to reconciliation, and he took the first step by meeting up with Harry, Meghan and his grandkids at the Highgrove house, marking the first time he has met the kids in four years. The reunion reportedly lifted Charles’ spirit, as meeting Lilibet and Archie held tremendous importance for him.
The Prince and Princess of Wales have reportedly been very weary of Harry and Meghan’s return, as the lingering feelings of betrayal made immediate reconciliation unlikely.
Despite how they feel, Charles reportedly wants Harry, Meghan, and his grandchildren to remain part of the family and their celebrations despite their status as non-working royals in the institution.
The Prince Of Wales Reportedly Resents His Brother’s Grip On Princess Diana’s Legacy
5As The Blast reports, Prince Harry’s return to the United Kingdom with his wife and their two kids included plans to produce a movie about his late mother, Diana.
Richard Kay, The Daily Mail’s Senior Editor-at-large, revealed that the Invictus Games Founder has been contacting his friends and everyone who has crossed paths with Diana to participate in the production.
Kay added that Harry’s recent visit to his mother’s resting place also reinforces the belief that he has intentions to do something about her life. The father of two will reportedly be immersed in the project for the next year, and this knowledge has allegedly left Prince William deeply frustrated.
Kay noted that William feels slighted at Harry’s attempt to position herself as the primary guardian of Diana’s memory. The editor added that William speaks about Diana less frequently than Harry, despite publicly honoring her on several occasions.
He also predicted that Harry would increasingly use his connection to the Spencer family and name to distinguish himself from the House of Windsor. The Sussexes reportedly arrived in Birmingham by private jet last week before settling into a private residence in the Cotswolds.
Their relocation marks a major new chapter six years after they stepped down as senior working royals. Archie and Lilibet are also reportedly preparing to attend a prominent Cotswolds prep school, whose tuition could cost Harry and Meghan about $70,000 annually, with fees estimated at $35,000 per child.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Two-Country Strategy Raised Royal Eyebrows
5The Netflix stars are reportedly looking to establish a base in Britain while maintaining their California home and American business interests. Their plans have raised questions about whether they are seeking the benefits of being closer to the monarchy without giving up the independence they gained after leaving royal duties.
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield theorized that the deal might give them access to Britain, close proximity to the monarchy, and the power of Harry’s royal credentials, as well as business opportunities elsewhere.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, she compared the strategy to the part-time royal arrangement the couple originally wanted, but Queen Elizabeth II rejected.
However, conflicting reports about the duration and purpose of their stay have created uncertainty over whether the move is permanent. Schofield questioned the apparent contradiction between Harry’s previous security concerns and claims that he may now be considering a 15-year future in Britain.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams added that the couple also view themselves as globally based and consider their mix of business activities and international travel successful.
Rather than choosing exclusively between Britain and America, Harry and Meghan may ultimately maintain homes and interests in both countries. Schofield concluded that the couple appears focused on preserving several options instead of committing entirely to one location.
