Adeleke University, Ede, has announced the requirements for impoverished students to apply for financial aid under the Springtime Development Foundation (SDF) scholarship program for the academic year 2026/2027.
The SDF is a humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organization that has been operating a scholarship program for over two decades, offering financial and counseling assistance to impoverished students pursuing education at recognized Nigerian universities.
6 Requirements for the SDF Scholarship
According to the notification released on Adeleke University’s website, prospective applicants must provide the following seven items:
- A handwritten letter
- Four coloured passport photographs
- A recommendation letter 4
- A birth certificate or declaration of age
- WASCE/NECO result
- A photocopy of a school identity card
Any other relevant document the applicant considers necessary
SDF Scholarship Application Forms
The charity stated that the application forms are free. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to take an attitude test and an oral examination.
Applicants were also warned that making false declarations would result in the award being terminated.
