The executive chairman of Suleja local government area, Hon. Isyaku Bawa Naibi, has distributed school management and instructional materials to public primary schools in the council.
Naibi was represented at the event by the vice chairperson, Hajiya Amina Kasim, who described the intervention as part of the administration’s commitment to improving teaching and learning and providing pupils and teachers with the necessary educational resources.
In a press statement issued to LEADERSHIP yesterday by his chief press secretary, Haruna Kaninko, the chairman said the initiative was well received by the management and staff of Suleja Local Government Education Authority (LGEA), who commended Naibi for his continued support of basic education.
It stated that goodwill messages were delivered by the former chairman of Suleja Local Government, Hon. Diko Kasim; the former education secretary, Malam Suleman Ladan; and Hajiya Karima Dahiru, all of whom applauded IBN’s commitment to education and grassroots development.
The distribution is expected to enhance teaching and learning across public primary schools in Suleja Local Government Area.
