Social media activist VeryDarkMan has taken his dispute with MTN Nigeria a step further after revealing that his lawyers have formally written the telecommunications company over a Dangote Refinery IPO advertisement sent to his private number.
VeryDarkMan shared the development on Instagram, posting what he described as the acknowledgement copy from MTN following the letter from his “LEGAL POWER ARSENAL.”
According to him, the telecom giant now has seven days to respond to the letter.
“Sequel to the letter written by my LEGAL POWER ARSENAL MTN Nigeria @mtnng and this acknowledgement copy from @mtnng the telecommunication giants have just 7days to respond to this letter…….. UNA GO LEARN NEW THING JUST EXPLAIN WHY I AM RECEIVING A DANGOTE IPO ADS ON MY PRIVATE LINE WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR APPROVAL”
VeryDarkMan had earlier questioned why he received the Dangote IPO advertisement on his private line without his consent or approval.
