According to the nurse, who shared the experience on X, the incident remains memorable because of what happened when she attempted to examine the woman’s abdomen.
The nurse explained that while she was trying to check the patient’s surgical site to assess her complaint, the woman brushed her hand away and demanded to know when the doctor would arrive.
Another nurse present at the scene reportedly intervened, asking the woman, “So the person standing in front of you is a pastor?”
The unexpected remark reportedly left the room silent, after which the woman complied.
