Police have arraigned Mark Agbor, 47, at a court over claims that he impersonated someone and entered restricted areas at Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos.
The case came after he posted a video online saying he owned two military combat helicopters and was selling one.
Agbor works for Pathfinders International Limited.
The Airport Police Command says the Nigerian Air Force Provost Investigation Unit in Ikeja handed him over for further investigation.
Police say he uploaded the video on October 7, 2026.
The case has been adjourned to November 18, 2026.
Airport Police Commissioner Olufunke Ogunbode called the act a serious security concern that could affect the work of security agencies.
She said the case will be handled according to the law and thanked the Air Force for its cooperation.
She also urged companies operating at the airport to tighten staff screening, vetting and background checks.
