Speaking during a recent interview, Davido described Wande Coal’s reaction as “childish” and revealed that the singer had allegedly been trying to obtain his phone number.
According to Davido, someone who had Wande’s contact request reached out to him for his number. However, he said he instructed the person not to share his contact details.
The singer suggested that his decision could have contributed to Wande Coal’s frustration, although he insisted that he had not said or done anything disrespectful to provoke the reaction he received.
Davido maintained that he was surprised by the situation, stressing that he did not believe his actions warranted the response from his colleague.
After the interview surfaced, Davido appeared to provide further evidence for his account of events. He shared a screenshot of a message from an individual allegedly seeking his phone number on Wande Coal’s behalf.
