Osun Election 2026 : 1,386 Of 3,763 Results Uploaded On INEC’s IReV Portal
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has uploaded 36.83 per cent of results from Saturday’s Osun State governorship election to its Result Viewing Portal (IReV).

Checks by our correspondent on the portal as of 5:30pm showed that results from 1,386 polling units had been uploaded out of the 3,763 expected, representing 36.83 per cent of the total.
Data on the IReV portal indicated that the latest upload was recorded at 5:24:33pm on Saturday from polling unit 29/02/04/002, as the collation of results continued across the state’s 30 local government areas.
The election has attracted close attention from voters, political parties and election observers, with the IReV platform providing access to polling unit-level results as they are uploaded.
Governor Ademola Adeleke, who is seeking re-election on the platform of the Accord Party, is facing Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Najeem Salaam of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and other candidates in the keenly contested election.
INEC introduced the IReV portal to promote transparency in the electoral process by enabling members of the public to view polling unit results electronically as they are uploaded.
With collation ongoing, stakeholders are expected to continue monitoring the portal for further uploads as results from more polling units are transmitted.
