Three Children Found Dead Inside Anambra Traditional Healer's Residence

Three children have been confirmed d£@d after being discovered unconscious inside the residence of a traditional healer in Umuoduba Village, Ideani Community, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State.
The children, believed to range in age from six to 15 years, were located alongside a fourth child who was recovered alive.
The surviving child was transferred to hospital following intervention by the President General of Ideani Community and the Divisional Police Officer of Ogidi Division and remains hospitalised in critical condition.
The traditional healer has been taken into custody by police, whilst the Chairman of Idemili North Local Government Area visited the scene to assess the situation.
The Anambra State Police Command confirmed the incident on Wednesday, stating that officers responded immediately upon receiving the report and transported all four children to hospital for emergency care.
Medical personnel subsequently confirmed three victims had d£@d, whilst the fourth continues treatment.
The suspect remains in police custody, with the State Criminal Investigation Department assuming control of the inquiry to conduct a thorough, evidence-based investigation into the circumstances surrounding the children’s d£@ths.
Investigators anticipate obtaining an account from the surviving child once medically stable, which may provide insight into what transpired.
The remains of the three d£ceased children have been deposited in a mortuary for preservation and autopsy examination.
The police extended condolences to the families and community, urging the public to remain calm and refrain from circulating unverified information whilst allowing investigators to conclude their work.
