In a statement, Lima urged the public to disregard the report, stressing that it was false and explaining that the family had received several calls and messages from relatives and friends seeking clarification.

“Please disregard the information currently circulating that my sister has given birth. This is not true.

We have been receiving several calls and messages from friends and family asking about it, so we felt the need to clarify publicly.

At a time when our family is mourning the loss of our father, we kindly ask everyone to stop spreading or sharing unverified information about our family.

Thank you for your understanding, prayers, and respect for our privacy at this difficult time”.

The clarification comes as the family continues to mourn the death of Taiwo Hassan.

Following his death, Kira had shared details of their last conversation, revealing that her father urged them to remain strong while reassuring them that nothing would happen to him.
