Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has opened up about the difficulties she is facing with her YouTube channel, Wumi Toriola TV.
The actress addressed viewers after some fans began asking why she had stopped uploading movies to the platform.
In an emotional video shared online, Toriola explained that the channel is currently experiencing technical issues, which have prevented her from publishing new content.
She said she had initially hoped to resolve the situation privately, but eventually decided to speak about it after the issue began taking an emotional toll on her.
Toriola stressed that she would not accuse anyone of reporting or targeting her channel, saying she preferred to simply describe the situation as a technical problem.
The actress also reflected on the effort she had invested in building the platform and the strong relationship she had developed with its audience.
She admitted that she had cried privately over the situation but had tried to remain composed publicly.
“I have cried in private, and I promise not to cry in public,” she said, adding that the situation had been difficult for her.
Toriola assured her audience that she shared the issue because of the bond she had built with them and expressed hope that the technical difficulties would eventually be resolved.
