Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has reacted defiantly to a reported court order secured against her by actress and influencer Priscilla Ojo, dismissing the legal action during an Instagram Live session.
Instead of appearing to back down, Lizzy used the opportunity to question the validity of the court process while also taking fresh swipes at Priscilla and her mother, veteran actress Iyabo Ojo.
The actress reportedly continued making social media posts despite the interim order, which was said to have restricted her from sharing certain content relating to the ongoing dispute.
During her live session, Lizzy argued that making a court document public on social media before it has been formally served on the person involved could affect the validity of the case.
She described the situation as “madness” and maintained that the legal action against her would not stand.
“Your case na dead on arrival. If you post court letter on any platform before serving person wey you wan go serve, that court case na fake court case,” she said.
Lizzy also addressed claims surrounding Priscilla, insisting that she did not want to hear suggestions that she had caused the influencer to be imprisoned.
“I don’t want to hear that, Lizzy Anjorin locked Priscilla in Prison oh,” she added.
Continuing her criticism, the actress also questioned the decision to publicise the alleged petition on social media.
“They have petitioned us oh. Gistlover don run go petition Lizzy oh. They are no longer going to court, oh. If nor be madness, posting petition letter on social media,” she said.
Her comments have added another layer to the ongoing public dispute, with the matter continuing to attract significant attention across social media.
