X Influencer Reportedly Arrested After Controversial Claim About Don Jazzy And Ayra Starr’s Mother
- Influencer @AJSMILE911 was arrested at his home in Abuja.
- The arrest occurred shortly after he posted about a rumored relationship between Don Jazzy and Ayra Starr’s mother.
- News of the arrest surfaced on October 2, 2026.
An X influencer identified by the handle @AJSMILE911 has reportedly been arrested at his residence in Abuja, days after sharing a controversial post alleging a romantic relationship between music executive Don Jazzy and singer Ayra Starr’s mother.
The reported arrest came to public attention on Friday, October 2, 2026, after another X user, @Funksmama, shared a screenshot of an alleged message from the influencer’s brother.
In the message, the brother claimed that some men arrived at their residence earlier that morning, collected the phones of people at the scene and took the influencer away.
The alleged incident followed a controversial post made by @AJSMILE911 on September 29.
The influencer had shared a video showing Don Jazzy and Ayra Starr’s mother appearing to laugh and interact, alongside a caption suggesting that the pair were expecting a child together.
The caption read: “Don Jazzy and Ayra Starr’s mom happily celebrate as they prepare to welcome their unborn baby.”
However, the video was reportedly not recent. It had originally been shared by Ayra Starr’s mother on November 26, 2023, before the influencer reposted it with the more recent and misleading caption.
Don Jazzy subsequently reacted to the post on September 30, directly addressing the influencer.
Quoting the post, the music executive wrote: “Let me first tag and beg your family members to talk sense to you now o.”
Despite the warning, the controversial post reportedly remained online.
Meanwhile, there has been no public confirmation of the alleged arrest from Don Jazzy, Ayra Starr or her mother.
As of the time of filing this report, there is also no official statement from the police confirming that @AJSMILE911 was arrested or detained.
The report of the arrest therefore remains based on claims circulating on social media, and the circumstances surrounding the alleged detention have yet to be independently verified.
