Peter Obi Turns 65, Receives Integrity, Ethical Leadership, Hope Tributes Nationwide

ABUJA : Former National Chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Peter Ojonugwa Ameh, has described former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi as an incorruptible leader and enduring symbol of hope for Nigeria as the former presidential candidate marked his 65th birthday.

In a goodwill message issued on Saturday, Ameh praised Obi’s commitment to integrity, financial discipline and accountable leadership, saying his public service record has continued to inspire millions of Nigerians, particularly young people.

According to Ameh, Obi has consistently demonstrated that public office can be managed with honesty, transparency and prudent use of public resources despite the challenges associated with governance in Nigeria.

He said Obi’s emphasis on fiscal responsibility and opposition to wasteful public spending reflected the qualities required to address poverty, inequality and other socio-economic challenges facing the country.
