The late country star reportedly made arrangements concerning her estate, ensuring that her family would know her wishes regarding the handling of her wealth post-mortem.
A source tells the National Examiner that Parton didn’t want to leave any issues regarding her fortune for her family to deal with in the wake of her death.
The source said, “She’s a very pragmatic person and the last thing she wants is to leave any sort of mess for her family to deal with.”
Parton was reportedly very concerned about inheritance feuds popping up after she was dearly departed. The source told the outlet, “Her worst nightmare is that the people she loves could end up fighting over her estate, so it’s crucial to her that she gets every little thing decided in advance and leaves no room for questions or lawsuits.”
She was deeply involved in every decision regarding the arrangement. “Dolly wants to dot every i and cross every t herself. She’s got very clear ideas about how she wants it all to go,” the source added.

Parton, 80, passed away at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center surrounded by her loved ones.
