Osun Election 2026: Fadahunsi Tells Supporters To Monitor Voters’ Choices

A fresh video circulating on social media has captured Senator Francis Fadahunsi urging supporters to monitor the choices made by voters during Saturday’s Osun State governorship election.
The APC chieftain, who has been embroiled in controversy over a viral video in which he allegedly threatened members of the Accord Party ahead of the election, was captured at his polling unit on Saturday.
In the video, Fadahunsi said in Yoruba, “Watch what they are thumb-printing on. Anyone that votes for who he or she is not supposed to vote for is not a true indigene of this land.”
The latest video comes just days after another recording showed the senator allegedly telling supporters to “kill” any Accord Party member found in Ilesa during the election.
Fadahunsi subsequently denied inciting violence, insisting that his comment was a political expression referring to defeating the Accord Party at the polls. The incident later prompted the Nigeria Police to invite him for questioning.
